Power Rankings: Week 13

Happy Ballsgiving. Multiple teams clinched the playoffs this week, including two divisional titles. This is going to be a shorter edition of the power rankings as we have a lot of content planned for this week. Stay tuned for Postseason Scenarios tomorrow.

Waiting to Flush
Note: Teams in this tier will be getting one sentence until the toilet bowl heats up, unless someone makes a major move. The rankings going forward will reflect my opinion on their rebuild as well as their chances in the toilet bowl.
12. Muff Punters (➖)
The Punters need the Slimes help to escape the Toilet Bowl BYE.
11. Slat's Slimes (📉-1)
Despite a decent week, the Slimes take another L.
10. GIRTH (📉-1)
Another solid week for this team, but another loss as well.
9. PT Flea Flik-er (📈+2)
PT Flea dropped a nice week in divisional play to earn a win.
8. Bud Ice Penguins (➖)
The Penguins continue to take care of business despite being in this tier.
Bubble Warriors
7. The Blue Waffles (➖)
The Blue Waffles are still in the race. In fact, they're still in the driver's seat technically (more on this in tomorrow's article). I'm wondering if the Waffles will make any last minute trade calls to enhance their chances. Manager Jacob mentioned that this team is biding its time before the toilet bowl, which seems to hint at the answer being no, but you never know with Jacob.
6. The Bridge Road Orcas (➖)
The Orcas have lost five straight games. That's right, this team was 6-1 at one point. The crazy thing is that CMC has been available in a few now, and they've all been losses. There's various reasons for this, but the Orcas are now needing help at the end of the season to get in (more on this in tomorrow's article). I still believe they will edge the blue waffles, but things are getting very close late. The Orcas could be able to directly control their fate if they chose to trade with the Waffles and acquire one of their players.
Top Dawgs
5. Play Action Jackson (➖)
PAJ got an expected win versus one of the worst teams in the league this week, but they did it by putting up a nice score. I really have no idea what to expect for PAJ in terms of playoff success, as this will be the team's first appearance. It doesn't help that Josh Jacobs is banged up. I expect this team to take the BYE at this point due to schedule, but any result in the playoffs seems possible to me. This team officially clinched the Sharpe division, so congratulations are in order.
4. Zark's Sharks (📉-2)
The Sharks lost to the Pirates in heartbreaking fashion in a true Monday Night Agony. Unfortunately, it now becomes impossible for the Sharks to win the division. The Sharks fall to 5th place and will need to beat Curtis in the Step-Bro Bowl in order to get out of it. The Sharks have to be mad that they lost the game to a kicker, but I do still believe this team can go head to head with anyone with everyone available.
3. Sacks in the City (📈+1)
Sacks in the City have clinched the division and the playoffs. What a season it's been for them. They came in as the second or third team in the division from pre-draft consensus rankings, and then proceeded to dominate the whole division. They are still in the mix for a top two seed, but the path just got a lot trickier (see tomorrow's article). This team will be a very tough out for their postseason opponents.
2. Washington Fantasy Team (📈+1)
WFT is a relentless beast right now. This team looks very scary. Saquon is very possibly the MVP this season, and there are a litany of weapons on the roster. They have not shown a sign of weakness since the pick window opened. WFT will take on Parma Pirates in a huge battle this coming week, which will be WFT's last hope at a divisional title (more on this tomorrow). This means WFT could very well be #1 next week, and they're certainly playing the part.
1. Parma Pirates (➖)
I find a way to stay on top. The Dicker Game is peak Pirates football.
